Account Deletion Request

Vybein allows users to request the deletion of their account and all associated personal data. We are committed to ensuring your privacy and giving you control over your information.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion through either of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App

  • 1 Open the Vybein app on your device
  • 2 Navigate to Settings → Account
  • 3 Tap Delete Account
  • 4 Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request

Option 2: Email Request

  • 1 Send an email to: vybein.official@gmail.com
  • 2 Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • 3 Include your registered mobile number associated with the account

What Data Is Deleted

Upon successful processing of your deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our active systems:

  • User profile information (name, bio, profile photo)
  • Chat history and interaction data
  • Account identifiers and associated credentials

Data Retention

"No personal user data is retained after account deletion, except where legally required for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or financial record-keeping as per applicable laws in India."
