Guidelines for our community members

(In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021)

This document is a legal agreement between the Vybein digital platform ("Vybein", "we", "us", "our") and its users ("User", "you"). By using Vybein, you fully agree to all these terms.

1. Nature of the Platform

Vybein is a digital technology platform that provides users with tools to discover, create, join, and book interest-based activities, experiences, and community-based events.

Vybein:

  • Does not provide any physical, medical, counseling, dating, matrimony, or professional services
  • Acts only as a technology intermediary connecting users and activity/event organizers

2. Eligibility

Only persons who:

  • Are 18 years or older
  • Are legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law
  • Provide true and accurate information

may use Vybein.

Vybein reserves the right to verify identity and age at any time.

3. Account and Registration

Users agree that:

  • All information provided will be true, complete, and up to date
  • Fake, false, or misleading information may result in account termination
  • One person may maintain only one account

4. Platform Usage

Vybein may be used only for:

  • Discovering and joining interest-based activities and events
  • Creating groups, scheduling activities, purchasing memberships, and using in-app communication

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraud
  • Obscene or inappropriate behavior
  • Fake profiles
  • Harassment
  • Any illegal activity

5. Payments and Digital Services

Vybein charges fees only for digital services, including:

  • Platform access
  • Membership plans
  • Activity or event access
  • In-app features
  • Convenience and platform fees

Vybein does not allow:

  • Cash transactions
  • Off-platform payments
  • User-to-user money transfers

5A. Reward Wallet & Credits

Vybein may offer promotional:

  • Referral bonuses
  • Cashback
  • Digital credits

These are added to the Vybein Reward Wallet.

  • Can only be used for Vybein digital services
  • Cannot be withdrawn as cash
  • Cannot be transferred or exchanged
  • Vybein may modify or discontinue them at any time

5B. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All payments are for digital services and are generally non-refundable
  • If an activity is cancelled by Vybein, wallet credit may be provided
  • Platform fees, convenience charges, and rewards are non-refundable
  • All refunds are issued only as wallet credits, not cash

6. User Responsibility

Each user is responsible for:

  • Their profile and content
  • All in-app interactions
  • Compliance with these Terms

Vybein is not responsible for any:

  • Physical
  • Mental
  • Financial
  • Legal

consequences.

7. Privacy and Security

Vybein applies technical safeguards:

  • Phone numbers and emails are not shown to other users
  • Personal data is not shared without consent
  • In-app controls are used to protect platform content

8. Content Rights

Users retain ownership of their content, but grant Vybein the right to display, store, and use it on the platform.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Vybein may suspend or terminate any account without notice if:

  • Rules are violated
  • False information is provided
  • The platform is misused

10. Third-Party Services

Vybein is not responsible for:

  • Payment gateways
  • External websites
  • Advertisements
  • Third-party links

11. Limitation of Liability

Vybein shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct
  • Indirect
  • Incidental

losses.

Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

Vybein may update these Terms at any time.

New terms become effective once published on the platform.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
