VYBEIN ("we", "VYBEIN", "Application") is committed to protecting the privacy of all users of its application. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to clearly explain how VYBEIN collects, uses, and protects information obtained from its users (whether registered or unregistered). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how the information provided by you to VYBEIN will be used. This Privacy Policy is published in accordance with: The Information Technology Act, 2000; The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011; The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
This Privacy Policy may be amended or updated from time to time. By using the VYBEIN Application, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree with this Privacy Policy, they should not use the VYBEIN Application. Continued use of the Application confirms that the user has provided their full and unconditional consent, including consent for the collection, storage, use, processing, and disclosure of their personal information. This Privacy Policy shall be read together with VYBEIN’s applicable Terms of Use / Terms & Conditions.
VYBEIN collects only such information that is lawful, necessary, and required for the operation of the platform.
VYBEIN does not use users’ personal information for any form of unlawful profiling or marketing without consent.
If a user wishes to delete their complete VYBEIN profile, including all associated personal information, they may use the “Delete Account / Request Account Deletion” option available in the application menu. After 30 days from the submission of the deletion request, the user’s profile and associated data will be automatically and permanently deleted. After completion of the deletion process, the user’s profile and all associated personal information will be permanently deleted. No personal data will be retained, except information required by law or mandatory legal obligations. VYBEIN provides digital services only within India, and all data deletion requests are handled in accordance with Indian laws and applicable data protection regulations.
The VYBEIN application may offer audio-based features to enable smoother, more natural interaction between users, allowing communication through the device’s microphone. This feature is provided solely to enhance usability and user experience. VYBEIN does not access the microphone without explicit user consent, does not perform secret, background, or continuous recording, and activates microphone access only when the user is actively using the related feature.
Users may create in-app chat rooms and may be provided with a calling option within the application. Calls and chats can take place without exchanging personal mobile numbers. VYBEIN does not store chat messages, voice calls, or voice recordings. Copying, recording, sharing, or redistributing user chat content, profile information, or voice interactions is strictly prohibited.
Vybein is fully committed to protecting the privacy of all users accessing the platform, whether they are registered users or visitors. Vybein clearly states that it does not sell, rent, trade, or commercially share any user-provided information with third parties under any circumstances.
Vybein does not claim to provide any form of mental health treatment, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical solution. Users who are experiencing or struggling with suicidal thoughts, self-harm tendencies, self-destructive behavior, or severe mental or emotional instability are strongly advised to immediately discontinue the use of Vybein and seek professional medical or mental health assistance. Continued use of the application in such circumstances shall be considered entirely at the user’s own risk, and Vybein shall bear no responsibility or liability for any resulting incident. Where legally required, Vybein may share information related to such users with law enforcement authorities, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
Vybein does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of any information, suggestions, or user-generated content available on the platform. Vybein does not accept any warranty or liability for direct or indirect advice, opinion-based or experience-based suggestions, or outcomes arising from user interactions or communications. All interactions and decisions made by users through the platform are undertaken solely at their own discretion and risk.
Vybein may collect certain technical information to improve user experience and ensure platform security. This information may include cookies, log files, IP addresses, and session data. Cookies are small data files stored on the user’s device or browser, which help in collecting information such as user identification, maintaining login sessions, date and time of visits, pages viewed, duration of application usage, registration and verification details. Vybein uses cookies strictly for improving platform performance, enhancing and personalizing user experience, and security and fraud prevention. Vybein does not engage in any aggressive, unauthorized, or external advertising tracking without the user’s explicit consent.
Some services offered by Vybein may redirect users to third-party websites or platforms. In such cases, any information shared by the user on those third-party platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. Vybein shall not be responsible for the use or misuse of information by any third party or any loss, damage, or dispute arising on third-party platforms. Users are advised to carefully review the privacy policies of any third-party platform before sharing personal information.
The following information available on Vybein may be visible to other users: comments, feedback, groups/forums, public profile information. Users should exercise caution when sharing information publicly, as such information may be misused. Vybein shall not be liable for any misuse of information that has been voluntarily made public by users.
Vybein may collect additional information in certain situations, such as information submitted via email or support requests, communications related to specific services or features, or information provided to fulfill legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations. Such information is generally not added to the user’s public profile and is used solely for resolving user issues, processing service requests, or legal and regulatory compliance.
Vybein may also collect information that does not directly identify a specific user, such as URLs visited before or after accessing Vybein, ISP, IP address, browser type, device type, and general geographic location (city/state level only). This information is used for diagnosing technical issues, platform administration, analyzing trends and usage patterns, improving content and performance, and compliance with applicable laws and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. Vybein may share such non-personally identifiable information with third-party service providers only for lawful, limited, and necessary purposes.
The user hereby declares and confirms that all information provided to Vybein is true, accurate, current, and authentic. Vybein is not obligated to independently verify the authenticity of user-provided information. The user shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from the submission of false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
The security of personal information provided by users on Vybein is of utmost importance. Vybein adopts appropriate physical and electronic security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. Users’ personal information is stored on secure servers. All payment details are entered through SSL-secured pages via authorized payment gateways or banks. Data transfer between the bank, payment gateway, and system is conducted in an encrypted format. However, users should understand that no method of data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Vybein shall not be responsible for the security or confidentiality of any communication transmitted over the internet or via email.
Vybein is only for users aged 18 years or older. Vybein does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
