Acceptance & Updates

By using Vybein, you agree to these Terms and all related policies. Continued use indicates your legal agreement to be bound by the most recent version of these rules.

VYBEIN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Scope

  • You must be 18 years of age or older and capable of entering into a valid contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • VYBEIN operates exclusively within India. All services, data processing, and legal jurisdictions apply solely within India, even if accessed from abroad.
  • Accounts are for personal use only; reselling services or using them for commercial/agency purposes is strictly prohibited.

Account Security & Conduct

You are responsible for securing your login credentials and all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Logout Security: Once a logout request is submitted, the account will be automatically logged out after a 30-day security period.

  • Zero Tolerance: Harassment, abuse, fraud, hate content, and illegal activity result in immediate termination.
  • Restricted Content: Obscene material, child endangerment (CSAM), and promotion of explosives or firearms are strictly banned.
  • Drugs & Alcohol: Facilitating the sale of narcotics, psychotropic drugs, or tobacco products is prohibited.

In-App Wallet & Payments

Rules for Wallet, Rewards, and Referrals:

  • Refunds: Full refunds to the wallet occur if a match request is ignored. No refunds are provided if a user cancels an accepted match.
  • Cashback: 10% reward credit is granted for successfully completed matches; 5% reward deduction applies when creating a match.
  • Referrals: Referring users receive ₹10 and new users receive ₹5 in their available balance.
  • Usage: Wallet balances can only be used for platform fees and digital tools; they cannot be cashed out or transferred externally.

Limitation of Liability

VYBEIN is a digital intermediary. We do not guarantee results, safety, or user behavior during offline meet-ups or interactions.

Maximum Liability: In any event, VYBEIN’s liability is limited to the platform or feature access fee paid by the user.

Users agree to indemnify and hold VYBEIN harmless from any claims arising from their use of the platform or violation of these terms.

Arbitration & Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be resolved through a Sole Arbitrator in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The language of arbitration shall be English. The courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If a party acts contrary to the arbitration provision, the other party is entitled to recover attorney fees up to ₹1,50,000.
