Vybein does not guarantee event outcomes and is not responsible for off-platform behavior.

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, abuse, fraud, hate content, threats, and illegal activity.
• Uploading or sharing obscene, exploitative, or misleading content.
• Attempting unauthorized access, hacking, scraping, or security bypasses.

Payments, Wallet, and Rewards

Some features may include wallet, reward, cashback, or referral systems as per in-app rules.

Eligibility, deductions, holds, and refunds follow the active policy shown at the time of transaction.

Suspension and Termination

Vybein may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

Disputes are subject to applicable jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
